Can it read my eBay listing titles into card details?
Yes. Paste the titles one per line and each one is read into player, year, company, set, card number, variant and grade, with a confidence score on every field. Do I have to type in cards I already bought?
No. Export your purchase history from eBay and the orders arrive as candidates you can turn into cards in one click, carrying the date and the price you actually paid. Typing a card by hand is there when you need it, not as the main path.
How does it handle graded versus raw copies of the same card?
They stay separate rows on purpose. A PSA 10 and a raw copy of the same card are different assets with different values, so merging them would destroy the only number that matters when you sell. Duplicating a card and clearing the grade is the built-in way to start tracking a second copy.
Does it track cards that have not arrived yet?
Yes. Anything bought but not yet delivered is marked in transit and counted separately from what is physically in your hands, so a mailbox full of pending orders never quietly inflates your on-hand count.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. The whole collection exports to CSV, filtered exactly as you have it filtered on screen, so it opens in Excel or Google Sheets and goes straight to whoever does your taxes.
