Download all Lyft receipts in bulk for expense reports

Download All Lyft Receipts: The Bulk Receipt Guide (2026)

Quick answer: Lyft does not offer a bulk receipt download. The app lets you resend receipts one ride at a time, and your email inbox is usually the fastest place to find past receipts. Automated Lyft receipt export is coming to OrderPro Analytics. Join the waitlist below to be notified at launch.

If you need every Lyft receipt in one place for an expense report, a reimbursement claim, or a tax return, you've hit a limit of Lyft's product. There's no "export receipts" button, no monthly statement for personal accounts, and no way to batch-download PDFs. This guide covers the fastest manual path, the edge cases most people miss, and the automated option in development.

Where Lyft actually stores your receipts

Lyft keeps ride data in three places. Knowing which one to hit first saves a lot of time:

  • Your email inbox.Every ride triggers an automatic receipt email from no-reply@lyftmail.com. Searching "Your ride with Lyft" is usually the fastest way to pull a year of receipts into view.
  • The Lyft app > Ride History. Tap any trip, scroll to the bottom, tap Get receipt. It resends the PDF to your email.
  • riders.lyft.com on desktop. Same ride history as the app, slightly easier to scan dates. Download receipts one at a time.

The fastest manual method for expense reports

1

Search your email, not the app

Search Gmail or Outlook for from:lyftmail.com and filter by date. This surfaces every ride receipt as a separate email you can forward or download.

2

Forward to your expense tool

Expensify, Ramp, Brex, and SAP Concur all accept forwarded email receipts and auto-parse them. One forward per ride, but no re-typing.

3

Build a simple spreadsheet for totals

If you need a running total (for taxes or a reimbursement summary), keep a sheet with Date, Pickup, Dropoff, Purpose, Amount. It doesn't need to be pretty, it needs to be complete.

What Lyft doesn't give you (and why that matters)

There is no bulk PDF download, no CSV export of receipts, and no monthly statement for personal accounts. Lyft Business accounts do get a monthly summary, but the receipts themselves still come one at a time. If you took 40 rides last quarter and need receipt-level detail, you're looking at 40 manual actions. That's the gap automated export closes.

What does a Lyft receipt include?

  • Trip date and time
  • Pickup and dropoff addresses
  • Distance and duration
  • Fare breakdown: base fare, distance, time, service fee, tolls
  • Tip
  • Total charged
  • Payment method (last 4 of card or wallet)
