If you can't see product details for digital items on Amazon, it might be because of an additional login requirement. Here's how to solve it:
  1. Check your Amazon login status by visiting Your Orders and viewing the details of a digital purchase. This verifies your account and should show the product information.
  2. After verifying, open the extension, click Clear Cache, and then re-export your orders. This ensures you have the latest data synced up.
Why isn't the product category included for all products?+
  1. Product No Longer Exists
